Service limits vary by plan (Free/Basic/Pro).

3. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Submit illegal/pornographic/harmful URLs
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use automated tools to bypass usage limits
• Impersonate others or violate third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of submitted URLs/content
• We own all rights to:
  • Generated reports and analytics
  • Website code, interfaces, and tool algorithms
  • Trademarks/logos ("SEOURL" is our exclusive property)

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Auto-renewal: Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled
• Cancellation: Via account dashboard > Subscription
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Chargebacks incur $25 fee.

6. Disclaimers

• Reports are provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We do not guarantee SEO ranking improvements
• Maximum liability = last 3 months' subscription fees

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Payment failures
• Terms violations
• Illegal activities

Data deletion is permanent upon account closure.
